The Indonesia Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) 2025 was successfully executed at Sasana Budaya Ganesha (Sabuga), Bandung, spanning three days from August 7 to 9, 2025, a pivotal moment marked by the presence of President Prabowo which underscored the government’s full support for this strategic initiative. Fundamentally, the event was designed to accelerate the transformation of national higher education institutions and serve as a vital platform to bridge the development of science, technology, and innovation (IPTEKIN) with the needs of the industry and community. KSTI 2025 effectively fostered cross-sectoral collaboration involving academics, researchers, government, and industry in the exchange of ideas and dissemination of research findings, while simultaneously focusing on developing young innovation talent through scientific paper presentations and project demonstrations. Meticulous preparations, including site inspections and intensive coordination with the venue and security authorities, ensured the smooth execution of the convention. Quantitatively, the convention significantly exceeded expectations, recording a total of 7,378 visitors far surpassing the 3,000 target. Furthermore, the innovation exhibition featured 50 participating institutions, including prominent bodies like the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), ITB, UGM, Pertamina, and Telkom Indonesia, and achieved maximum media visibility with coverage from a total of 30 media outlets.
